With the continuous acceleration of urban development, many new smart communities and intelligent transformation of old communities are being planned. At present, many old residential areas are upgrading their facilities, and many residential security facilities, property management systems, community service platforms and monitoring facilities are undergoing intelligent transformation.

The entrusting party is a domestic TOP-type manufacturing enterprise, currently planning to enter the old community intelligent transformation industry in Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions, but the entrusting party has no industry experience, and little contact with intelligent product business, so this project aims to analyze the old community intelligent market status and trends, for the entrusting party to export market entry feasibility recommendations.

More than 10 industry experts and more than 20 industry practitioners were interviewed on the competition and trend prediction of five intelligent industries (intelligent equipment, security equipment, three-dimensional garage, elevator installation, aging service industry).
