The entrusting party is one of the top ten overseas education agencies in China, and it is an intermediary service agency with many years of history to provide visa/study abroad/education services. The entrusting party expects to get involved in immigration consulting services, realize the company's diversified service strategy and increase the competitive strength of the enterprise, but the entrusting party has no experience in the immigration industry, so this project aims to analyze the current situation of the immigration market and the immigration population, and to provide the entrusting party with feasible suggestions for market entry.

The project team conducted in-depth research on the current situation of the industry, competition, trend prediction, immigration population and representative enterprises, interviewed more than 10 industry experts and more than 20 industry practitioners, helped the entrusting party sort out the situation of the immigration industry, analyzed the feasibility of market entry for the entrusting party, and put forward market entry strategy suggestions for the entrusting party.
