（一）加强金融支持。鼓励金融机构加大信贷投放力度，提供差异化、个性化的金融服务。支持符合条件的优质企业发行债券、上市融资等多渠道融资。鼓励保险机构开发适应制造业优质企业需求的保险产品，提高保险服务覆盖面。
