二、申报类别

根据通知，国家制造业单项冠军认证包括单项冠军示范企业和单项冠军产品两类。企业依据自身条件在单项冠军示范企业和单项冠军产品中择一申请（见附件1). 四、推荐名额

七、注意事项

根据通知，申报国家制造业单项冠军认证的企业（产品）应注意以下事项：

申报材料应真实、准确、完整，不得虚假、夸大、遗漏。如发现申报材料存在问题，将取消申报资格，并按照相关规定进行处理。

申报材料应按照规定格式和要求填写和提交，不得随意更改或缺失。如发现申报材料不符合规定，将不予受理。

申报材料应在规定时间内提交，逾期不予受理。
