How to declare the 2022 manufacturing championship certification?

The 2022 manufacturing championship certification includes two aspects: cultivation selection and review evaluation.

Cultivation and selection refers to the preliminary examination, expert evaluation, publicity and other procedures for qualified enterprises (products), and finally determine the selected list.

Review and evaluation refers to the regular evaluation and review of the selected enterprises (products), the reservation list that meets the conditions, and the cancellation list that does not meet the conditions or fails to submit the review application materials.

Declaration conditions:

The reporting enterprise must have independent legal personality and a sound management system for finance, intellectual property rights, technical standards, quality assurance and production safety.

The declared enterprise must adhere to professional development, engage in related fields for 10 years or more, and those belonging to new products should reach 3 years or more.

The reporting enterprise must have the world's leading market share in the market segment, generally the top three.

Applicants must have strong innovation capabilities, have core independent intellectual property rights, and lead or participate in the formulation of technical standards in related fields.

The reporting enterprise must have high-quality and high-efficiency operating results, the key performance indicators are at the leading level of similar products in the world, and the profitability exceeds the overall level of the industry enterprise.

The reporting enterprise must have no illegal records of environment, quality and safety in the past three years. The energy consumption of the products applied by the enterprise reaches the advanced value of the energy consumption quota standard, and the safety production level reaches the advanced level of the industry.

Declaration requirements:

The declaration enterprise can choose one of the single champion demonstration enterprise and the single champion product to declare, and cannot declare two categories at the same time.

If a single champion demonstration enterprise is declared, the sales revenue of the corresponding products must account for 70% or more of the main business income of the enterprise.

If you apply for a single champion product, you can only apply for one product.

The reporting enterprise shall give priority to the key product areas formulated by the state (see Annex 2), especially those that make up for shortcomings in key areas.
