According to the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Cultivation and Development of High-quality Manufacturing Enterprises" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Law [2021] No. 70) and the "Management Measures for the Identification of Individual Champion Enterprises in the Manufacturing Industry" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Law [2023] No. 138), the application conditions and requirements for individual champions in the manufacturing industry are as follows:

(I) basic conditions. The applicant must meet the following conditions:

1. Insist on professional development. Enterprises have long focused on and deeply cultivated in a certain link of the industrial chain or a certain product field. Engaged in related fields for 10 years and above, belong to the new product should reach 3 years and above.

2. Leading global market share. The market share of enterprises applying for products ranks among the top three in the world. Product categories are in principle in accordance with the "Statistical Product Classification Catalog" 8 or 10 code, difficult to accurately classify should be in line with the industry generally accepted practice.

3. Innovative ability. The company is internationally leading in production technology and technology, attaches importance to R & D investment, has core independent intellectual property rights, and leads or participates in the formulation of technical standards in related fields.

4. High quality benefit. The quality of the products applied by the enterprise is excellent, and the key performance indicators are at the leading level of similar products in the world. Excellent business performance, profitability exceeds the overall level of industry enterprises. Pay attention to and implement international management and brand strategy, the global market prospect is good, establish a perfect brand cultivation management system and achieve good results.

5. With independent legal personality, with a sound financial, intellectual property, technical standards, quality assurance and safety production management system. In the past three years, there has been no record of environmental, quality, safety and other violations. The energy consumption of products applied by enterprises has reached the advanced value of the energy consumption quota standard, and the level of safe production has reached the advanced level of the industry.

(II) application category. Enterprises according to their own conditions in the single champion demonstration enterprises and single champion products to choose one application. 7. The enterprise applies for the energy consumption and safety production certification materials of the product. Including energy consumption quota standards, safety production standards, etc.

8. Other materials that are conducive to proving that the products applied by the enterprise meet the conditions of the individual champion. Such as award certificate, media reports, customer evaluation, etc.

Enterprises should choose their own application categories according to their own conditions and market conditions, that is, single champion demonstration enterprises or single champion products.
