Sleep Experiment Description

1. Experimental scheme

Experimental number: 50 people, each subject was collected 2 times, 1 control group, 1 experimental group. Two collections of the same subject are spaced apart to avoid continuous collection.

The screening conditions of the subjects: the ratio of male to female is 1:1; the age distribution: the youth/middle-aged age group is equal; the subjects have no sleep disorder.

Environment: dim light, 26 ℃ air-conditioned room, no peculiar smell, thin blanket standby, no direct blowing, silent indoor communication equipment.

On the day of the test, tea/coffee and strenuous exercise are not allowed before collection. The subjects got up 1 hour earlier than usual.

Experimental group: 15 minutes a key into the sleep program, after natural sleep.

Control group: 15 minutes to listen to the tone to click the mouse, after natural sleep.

Single collection time: about 90 min, at noon or afternoon time.

Note: Actually, considering that the one-button sleep program has massage, the vibration will affect sleep, so the time is counted separately. 2. Experimental collection process

3. Experimental results show

The time to fall asleep is defined as the time consumed from turning off the light to entering the light sleep N1 stage, that is, the light sleep N1 stage sleep latency.

Based on the data of 22 people analyzed so far, the line graph of sleep latency reflects that the N1 and N2 stages of light sleep in the experimental group have an overall trend of decreasing sleep latency compared with the control group. The sleep latency of the experimental group to enter the light sleep N1 stage was shortened by an average of 69.19 compared with the control group. It can be explained that after the experimental group used the "one-click sleep" function of Shuford intelligent bed, the sleep time was shortened by 69.19, higher than 40%.
