Project background:

Smart home appliances are an industry that has developed rapidly in recent years. According to the data of AI media consulting, the competition among smart home appliance brands is becoming increasingly fierce. How to enhance the brand image and influence and increase the trust and recognition of consumers has become an important issue for smart home appliance brands.

Customer pain points:

A well-known smart home appliance brand (hereinafter referred to as customers) has a high reputation and sales in the market, but its reputation and satisfaction in the minds of consumers are not satisfactory. Customers found that although their products have complete functions and reasonable prices, there are some shortcomings in user experience, after-sales service, product quality, etc., which cause consumers to question their brand image and reputation. Customers want to increase their brand sales through third-party certification and take the opportunity to improve their products and services.

Project purpose:

The customer entrusts Shangpu Consulting (hereinafter referred to as Shangpu) to provide brand sales certification business for it, that is, through a comprehensive, objective and fair evaluation and analysis of the customer's product sales, market share, user satisfaction and other indicators, give the corresponding Certification results and suggestions, and release the certification results to the public in an authoritative form to enhance the customer's brand image and influence.

Research object:

Champu designed two research objects for this project, namely, the existing users and potential users of the client. Existing users refer to consumers who have purchased and used customer products, and potential users refer to consumers who have the intention or demand to purchase smart home appliances. Through online and offline channels, Champu has extracted a total1000existing user and1000potential users as research subjects.

Questionnaires and in-depth interviews were conducted to understand their opinions and feedback on customer product awareness, usage, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the research results to determine the scores and rankings of customer products in various dimensions and compare them with other brands in the same industry.

According to the analysis results, the customer's products meet the brand sales certification standards (such as excellent, good, general, etc.), and put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions and optimization programs.

Present the certification results to customers in the form of reports, certificates, badges, etc., and assist customers to publicize and promote the certification results to the public to enhance their brand awareness and reputation.
