客户在近期收到了一家锂电池极片生产企业（以下简称借款企业）的贷款申请，借款企业希望获得1亿元人民币的流动资金贷款，用于扩大生产规模和增加市场份额。借款企业提供了其营业执照、财务报表、银行流水等相关材料，并声称其具有良好的经营状况、市场前景和还款能力。

客户在初步审查借款企业的材料后，发现其存在以下问题：

Shangpu Consulting accepts the client's entrustment to provide it with a credit report on the borrowing enterprise, the main purpose of which is:
