Due to the particularity of the salt industry, the company involves multiple partners in raw material procurement, product sales, logistics and transportation, and how to effectively manage the credit risk of these partners is a major problem for the company.

Project purpose:

In July 2023, Shangpu Consulting was commissioned by the company to complete the credit reporting business project for the salt industry. The project aims to provide customers with the following services by collecting, collating and investigating credit data related to the salt industry:

Industry experts: According to the resource pool of Shangpu Consulting Company, 10 salt industry experts with rich experience and professional knowledge were selected as the research objects.
