Solution design: Based on the above analysis results, combined with our own professional knowledge and experience, as well as the best practices and cases in the industry or field, we design targeted solutions for customers, including objectives, strategies, schemes, methods, steps, expected results, etc., and fully communicate and confirm with customers.
Pre-project research requires us to use a variety of tools and methods, such as literature review, data analysis, interview interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, field observations, etc., to collect and organize a large amount of information and data, and conduct effective induction and analysis.
